Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens! We respectfully request at least 48hrs notice for cancelling/rescheduling appointments, or we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the appointment cost at the stylists’ discretion.
With ample notice, we can offer that space to another client, and who doesn’t love a surprise appointment offering?
